        Matt is thoughtful and incredibly savvy about how bodies work. He has worked with members of our family ranging from the exercise impaired to the aspiring national athlete and everyone has improved hugely under his tutelage. He is an inspiring trainer with a heart and he provides great positive energy to all his clients. Could not recommend him more highly

        I started training with Matt because I wanted to build confidence as a skiier. SnowFIT really has enabled me to spend longer days on the slopes and get a lot more out of the sport. Its awesome having the guidance of someone who enjoys skiing too and really understands the physical challenges from personal experience. Matt is great at really tailoring a session to your abilities and needs. He's also an all-round nice guy - which helps!! Cheers Matt!
