        Fantastic dealer with a very professional team, Everyone gets involved if your original contact is not available immediately. Fred my sales executive must be the most patient and thoughtful sales contact with a wealth of product knowledge I have ever dealt with. Very aware of his clients needs and what would suit your style of driving and car for the job. Had a few questions with all the new buttons and gadgets after I took delivery of my vehicle and whoever met me first at the dealer would help me straight away without sending me round and round or make me wait. It shows they have a great team morale and most of all high value for their customers. Thank you Mercedes Benz North Shore , you truly are a 5 star dealer.

        I was surprised by how good the service was. The staff were very professional and helpful as well as being efficient. The service manager was very kind and did not talk down to me which I have found to be a problem in the past because I am old, female and blonde. Will definitely be bringing my car back to be serviced in the future, and I am confident any problems will be fixed in a timely manner. Big thanks to all the staff!
