Great all round experience, Lewis was quick to respond to any questions I had by phone or text at any time of the day. There was a small issue with the car after purchasing but Lewis didn't hesitate to copensate for costs and get it sorted. Would highly reccommned Devonport Car co.

Im astounded, if not pleasantly surprised by how professional, yet familiar the amazing customer experience was , while purchasing our new Audi from Lewis (Owner of Devonport Cars). My partner and I work at The Icehouse and both understand the value that privately owned New Zealand businesses contribute to our communities. Lewis cleaned cars at Devonport Cars at 15little did he know he was to later buy the business. Our Head of Coaching and good friends who also live locally - had bought both their cars here - insisting we try out Devonport Cars. Very impressed with Lewis service in helping us to purchase our Golf GTE. We were outside of Auckland so had to arrange things remotely and had lots of questions. Nothing was too much trouble and everything went smoothly including shipping. The vehicle was exactly as described. I definitely recommend Lewis and Devonport Car Co. - great to deal with.

Devonport Car Company is awesome and it is all because of Lewis! Lewis had made this deal sweet and smooth, I will definitely revisit this car dealership when I need to replace my car in the future. Sometime as a customer, we would think price means everything, however when you are purchasing a good which cost 10k plus, you will seriously think the after sales service or how ease is the sales process would be more important. Lewis has done a great job and he had successfully earn my respect for this deal.

My partner and I visted Devonport Car Co. on a Saturday after lunch time, we were impressed by the serivce from Tim also the car was in mint condition. We took a test drive we were very happy with the car and Tim was not pushing at all which made us very comfortable.He is also very knowledgable on the cars. We made the purchase on the day. As Tim works during the weekend, Lewis took it over and arranged the pick-up for us. Very good comms and he always keep us in the loop,Lewis even sent us the booklet after the purchase as we don't go there often.Top notch delar makes us feel we have been well look after from the moment we walk in their yard. A+++
