        Made my way down to this branch as it was the closest one to my Airbnb, however the staff at the counter said they were not able to help with opening an account due to their shorter operating hours. Information like this should be clearly stated on google maps or your website so people dont waste their time coming down. It was strange since the branch was quite empty & they did not seem busy. I came 2 hours before closing time too. A disappointing experience since Ive previously heard good things about how kiwibank are the most efficient out of all local banks in account opening.
