Sisters

I have been visiting sisters since it started and even before I knew Sejal who is an absolute delight. Otherwise I always prefer Amita who is another gem and for her quality of work is first priority. My perception changed when I visited on 12/4/2023 for under arm wax and upper lip threading. the lady seems new to me as she was from other stores, she did left me with unfinished upper lips and instead of tweezing my broken roots she plugged off my skin which left me with pain and boils. Next day when i went to fix it the other who was self praising herself (said she is from Wellington) left me with rashes and later it turned black marks in my under arm. After that my upper lips with additional boils (seems she thread my lips as well) which left me blood boil. My under arms are still tanned and its an absolute nightmare how my skin is affected. I had rashes for days and my skin looks burnt. Then she sold ingrown spray for $42 for which she gave me absolutely wrong instructions to use it. I read on the bottle which is completely different from what she explained. My regular visit is always with Amita and she takes of my skin so well. I am advised to give opportunity to other staff but they are not trained and extremely unprofessional which makes it so unpleasant to visit. Services: Waxing, Hair threading

Popped in for brows and lashes at Sisters The Boundary. Dimpal did a fab job of tinting and shaping:) lovely clean salon, professional and very courteous service, highly recommend!

Went into the shop didnt take long as not much people were in there. Just went in for a eyebrow thread and wax. Mentioned that I wanted a nice re-shape and nice clean and to keep the natural shape of my eyebrows. Everything was going ok until we finished up and noticed that one eyebrow was shorter and thinner than the other. Told her but then realised she was only going to thin the other side out so that it matched my already done eyebrow. Overall wont be going back and wouldnt recommend to anyone close to myself.
