Use to come every time, was always satisfied but I guess now there is new staff who only cares about cleaning as owner asked them to keep the parlour clean instead of providing good customer service, there was 1 girl who was doing my threading, other girl asked her to stop and to clean the things first and I was sitting and waiting, there was no other customer and all 3 staff was busy in cleaning , finally I asked other lady to help me, felt like forever, not coming again Service: Eyebrow threading

One of staff Yasmin she is a great lady kind and do waxing nicely properly.. I prefer everyone go this saloon and prefer this lady Yasmin

The treatment room are not good and looks dirty. It is good if you could clean the room once in a day before you shut the boutique. Cleanliness is also important. Especially if you see the waste bin in the room you can see how dirty it is. Because the customers are paying enough money.

Terrible service. Ruined my eyebrows. Beauticians name was Mona. Mona didnt even apologise for making one of my eyebrows crooked. Spoke to the boss and she hung up twice. Wouldnt recommend.
