This store never answers their phone lol would be easier if they did, Safes people from traveling there for a simple question. besides that, very good clothing styles

Never answers the phone.. went in to sort a refund, they said 24hours to process.. its been a week now and again trying to call in to sort it out to save me from going in zzzz no answer.. again!

I had a lovely time at Cotton on, the moment you walk in to the store the ladies were so sweet and kind, they greeted us and asked if we are looking for a particular item, I was looking for a dress because I have an event in the next three days, they were offering a lot of advice and helping me finding the clothes that I was looking for, although they couldn't find the item I was looking for they suggested me another dress which I was happy to try out I went to the changing room and it was clean and tidy, then after finding the right outfit and went up to the girls and they asked about my day and asked more about the event I was going to then they suggested me some $10 power banks which I was happy to have, I thanked the girls for helping me find the items and also making me feel welcomed and supported too. I recommend anyone to go into Lynn Mall Cotton On if you are shopping for something and also you will get such lovely customer service from them.
