MASSIVE PROBLEM Story: Dr Price came out (not my family doctor) looked at myself and my 10month son and said come on in. After our full consultation, he handed me the little paper with details. I held it in my hand and carried my son out. Just to be clear, Dr Price (just like Dr Weeramuni) are amazing doctors and I absolutely love their work and how they deal with my family. This is about the front of house service/receptionists. Im standing outside the clinic doors buckling my son into his stroller when the Indian reception lady runs out, snatches the little paper from my hand and with an attitude says why did you go see Dr Price? This is not your information. He was supposed to see someone else but you went in instead. Why did you go and see Dr Price? Im trying to process what shes saying. I explained what happened. I got a lot of attitude. She was blaming me for stealing someone elses time slot and doctor. I was confused. I follow her back in, both her and the elderly white woman receptionist tell me to sit down and wait to see my doctor. Why? How long will this take? The elderly white woman, without looking at me, tells me to just have a seat and wait. I feel so confused and humiliated at this point. I walk out the clinic to get air and process what has happened. I realise, the Dr didnt confirm who we were when we walked into his office. I realise, if I had been given prescription it would probably be based on the other babys health information. I realise, I walked out with someone elses personal information breaching their privacy. I realise they made an error on their end and rather than apologising about it, both the reception tried to make it out that it was my fault! How rude, disrespectful and degrading. They assumed they can treat me that way and get away with it. I return to the reception and tell them I will not wait around for another doctor. They have made a massive error and tried to put me at fault and condemn me for it rather than apologising. Which by the way, I would work with them to sort out because this is my family clinic after all and I love the doctors here. However, the Indian lady made excuses as to why this happened. The elderly white woman receptionist explained she has worked there 4 years and this has never happened, also the doctor had been stressed out recently and had a lot on his plate. Funny how their attitudes switched up when I called them out for their error. Unfortunately the health of my son was at serious risk here, their condemning behaviour, bad service and their excuses is unacceptable. Im now looking else where to register my family. Unfortunately I lose out on my great family doctor but I will not be treated like that EVER again.

The receptionists are rude! I dont even feel comfortable ringing them up or going in because everything is a hassle and all you get is attitude from them! Not acceptable, so disappointed been going here for years.

The Asian Receptionist, is unacceptable! Shes rude and loud and has no business dealing with the public. She also, violates patients right to privacy, by yelling out that you owe them money, while claiming she cant access patient payments information. She uses every excuse, the plexiglass, not knowing that you actually paid etc,etc to justify yelling out your personal information. Also they expect you to loudly state your full name and date of birth where everyone in the waiting room can hear it. Gosh, I sure hope no one in the waiting room is an identity thief. Not good enough, Lynnmall medical. Poor form.
