Health New Lynn - Medical Centre

Antiquated appointment system, long phone waits. Tried 5 times and was 8, 9, 10 in queue with no indication of how long the wait would be. Arrived for appointment and was told to wear a mask. Totally out of step with rest of world. Been overseas and visited a hospital and medical centre on numerous occasions to visit with absolutely no restrictions imposed by Draconian governments.

Great GPs and lovely receptionists. Yes sometimes they are busy but they offer affordable private healthcare, it is what it is but they are very efficient :)

Really really bad reception staff service. I have booked 4 appointments with this doctors clinic now and every single time they have messed my appointment up. They take no responsibility for their error and do not care about resolving their very poor work ethics. The best they can do is rebook your appointment for another day even though you yourself have booked weeks in advance and they still cant seem to book what you ask for . I hope the manager sees this and teaches them all to stop wasting peoples time. Terrible service do not recommend

When are you making it possible to book online again to see a doctor and not just talk to them on the phone ? I don't have time off work too wait over the phone to make a booking to see a doctor. I tried many times today as my baby boy needs to see our GP and your admin is useless ! Also, how come I'm getting the machine saying I'm calling "after yours" it's 3:24pm, don't you close at 7pm ?Hire some more people for the reception, you charge $45 for a 15 minutes visit, I'm sure you can afford it.

Had to go to the walk in clinic today and had the absolute best care... From the receptionist, lovely nurse called Caitlin and the Dr... Been going here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else... Thanks team...
