Her warm personality shone through even though she was wearing a mask. I felt so comfortable and reassured knowing that I was in good hands. Very handy to the doctors easy to get my prescriptions filled and I don't have to wait very long at all not like a lot of places where I have to come back in an hour they're usually very very quick they have a really good selection of everything really that you need and especially the black current and glycerin lollies that I remember from my childhood back in those days I'm talking to 60s the only real chocolate you can get was black cooking chocolate was about 100% cocoa hard and bitter so the black current sweets were the nicest thing back then and they still haven't changed the staff are very friendly too and they're always giving you advice

When I asked for help in Mandarin, a staff said she knew few of Mandarin, but I should communicate with her in English because this is New Zealand. Good job!

Whole team always super friendly when I pickup my prescriptions. Usually already done before I get there as doctor faxes the script through in advanced. The team always have a big smile when I visit.
