        The binoculars are great; my husband is very pleased with them. Service was exceptional. The pair I ordered online were out of stock, so the sales rep called me and I was able to order a different pair over the phone and they promptly refunded the difference. As others have said, delivery took several weeks, so make sure you order early if it's for a special occasion.
