After making the tough decision to sell my home of 11 years; I chose to sell with Pav Obradovic as he'd sold a neighbour's home for a great price and I hoped he could do the same for me. Pav was awesome from the first day, giving me a call in his radio announcer voice and making me feel like I'd be in great hands, despite being right in the middle of Level 4 lockdown. We used some photos I'd had taken the year before, Pav drafted a marketing campaign and it was on the market. Pav was in touch every day going over details and making sure I knew what was happening, and he gave me great advice around the offers, helping me to make the best decision. 6 days and 9 offers later, we were sold and I couldn't have been happier. Pav's communication didn't stop with the offers, he has continued to liaise with both me and the buyer through to settlement, making sure we're happy and informed. I'm just sad that I'm moving to Wellington and won't be able to buy with Pav as well. Highly recommend Pav and the Team at Ray White Birkenhead.
