An exceptional agent and genuine person We were so impressed with Jijo. When you sell a house, you meet many agents. It's easy to see they're not all the same, and you soon get an idea of who are the exceptional ones, and who aren't. This can be the difference between you having a great experience and getting what you want, or going through an ordeal and missing out on your dream. Jijo was amazing, and straight away we knew we had a great agent. Jijo worked tirelessly for us. He is smart, patient and insightful, helpfully leading us through the process at every stage. When we weren't sure what to do, Jijo suggested strategies that we'd never had considered, which gave us the confidence and knowledge to make the best decisions possible. We simply wouldn't have been able to do this without his skills and professionalism. My final remark about Jijo is he is unique amoung agents, with a genuine, honest and open approach to everything he does for you. You won't get mislead or made to think something, only to benefit the agent. Jijo only wanted the best outcome for us, and proved that multiple times. I highly recommend you use Jijo for either buying or selling. Take my word, you will soon realise you've made the right decision. AN AGENT YOU CAN TRUST When I first contemplated listing my property with Pier, I was hesitant. Previous salespeople I had spoken with told me I'd have to sell my house at a loss and not to expect much. Thankfully, Pier eased my concerns from our very first meeting. From having an open, honest conversation about the listing process, developing a marketing plan, dealing with a problematic tenant/property manager, organising a photo shoot and tending to minor maintenance issues on my behalf, Pier made the whole process a breeze. He frequently went the extra mile and was always on hand to answer any questions I had. I think that's what separates Pier from the previous salespeople I had spoken to he truly cares about the people he works with and puts them before a 'quick sell' or money. What's more, if he's ever unsure of something he's not afraid to ask for help and the rest of his team are a pleasure. During the auction process, Pete (Pier's manager) was on hand to reassure me and iron out the inevitable kinks that come with selling a house. Words cannot describe how grateful I am for all of Pier's hard work. His efforts truly got me out of a tight spot post-COVID-19, and I'll always be thankful for everything he did. If you're looking to sell your house, take comfort in the knowledge Pier is there to work alongside you. He's a gem of a human being, and you're in capable hands.
