First call out told to call Electrolux. Called retailer instead who called them to come see us (2 week delay). Said PCB was shot and would have to order part from Oz. (Over One week delay). Part didnt fix issue. Had to order another part. Wrong part arrived. (2 weeks) New part installed. Worked for 8 hours. New error message. New call out. (Ten days) Needs a sensor they say. That was 4 days ago. No word, no update. Giant sucking hole of nothing. Worst service ever. AC broken for 2 months. Have to continually call to find out what is going on. Do yourself a favour and call a different company.
