        Got from this branch wrong infos. Had to ring Westpac NZL four times from Australia! Was 1 hour on the phone before they fixed the problem! I don't recommend this branch. Incompetent people there.

        Absolutely ridiculous, 5 staff behind 2 counters ,don't know how this works.Apologises I had to be at the counter for a reason. I am not surprise most branches are closed
