Very happy with Botany Chiropractors & Acupuncturists service. Dr Gary is a very competent chiropractor and he keeps his promises. He promised he would fix me and he did. I have suffered from a neck and a back pain for a long time and it was getting worse. Just after three months of visits my pain has gone. I am so impressed! Thank you Dr Gary.

My wife and I have seen alot of Chiropractors in the past and by far, Gary is the best. We started seeing Gary about 3.5 years ago and he is really good at what he does. He understands peoples pain and helps them get better. Our family also only come to him on our recommendation. Gary has been very profressional and respectful the whole time. All the females in my family only see Gary because of his professionalism and good work. They don't prefer going anywhere else. Gary is a man that can be trusted. Keep up the great work.

Gary initially checked over my back injury as this was my first ever visit to a chiropractor. He requested I remove a jersey while the female admin was present in the room and proceeded with various techniques on my back, shoulders and neck. Gary did bring relief to my aching neck after various techniques. I was thankful. However, on the second session admin was was not present in the closed room. While Gary examined my back, he checked my spine, then inappropriately touched my under garment about x3-4 times. I was shocked and uncertain what to say. I later spoke to friends and family if this was normal. Based on their comments I confronted Gary on the next scheduled appt letting him know I was uncomfortable with his actions and it is not ok. He apologised but then said he could not remember this; minimizing the severity. He then said he felt uncomfortable without his admin present as she is on leave. I'm pleased I confronted his unethical behaviour. I am now attending a different chiropractor. I had originally heard that Gary was a great chiropractor this is why I went there. However, I would not recommend Gary to females based on the inappropriate behaviour.

I like going here!! I work a physical job and getting regular adjustments help me manage everything so much better. Gary and Trace are such a great team. They're always quick and to the point.
