Customer service call line is useless. No useful information, redirects to website which doesn't have the answer, try to get through to stores, get answering machines in every occasion. Shocking!!

Went in the morning yesterday to buy some stuff and couldnt decide on what to get so the guy at the counter offered to put it in hold for me to think about it, came back a few hours later and the same cashier was on and I asked if he has been there the whole day and he said basically yeah. With a long queue and a busy night he still managed to keep a smile and hold a nice conversation,10/10 service!

It was busy when I went there to exchange my items, long queue with only 2 checkout counters opened. The staff who served me was not friendly at all. I was about to ask whether I had to change to the similar items (3 for 2) but before I could do anything, she entered it and said she had to do it manually to return and asked me to bring everything back next time if I wanted to exchange. There was no advice or suggestion on what I should do, so I ended up paying more because everything was back to normal price. I left the store confused, but did not bother to queue again for this unfriendly service. Other staff were friendly though, even though I could not really see staff around other than 1 at the fitting room and 1 walking around tidying the racks.
