Absolutely dreadful service. Two separate shipments have arrived with 25-30% write-off damage to them. One shipment even had multiple holes in the boxes and with approx 30 items missing that had fallen out of the hole. Or been stolen.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will not allow you to contact anyone by phone, they hold things in customs for weeks, they are worse than useless.

Sadly this time I used TNT from Australia and now it's been 6 days since arriving in Auckland.... Heard nothing .... Simply terrible !! My shipment ( if you care... ) 347648547

Package was delivered almost 2 weeks past the scheduled delivery time and customer service was a nightmare to deal with. Since customer service is outsourced to the Philippines it makes it unbearable to deal with. This is the first and last time I use this service.
