Chasing 4 lost parcels,they insist on using an obsolete PObox that's been obsolete for 2 years instead of just obeying the address on the parcel.Then saying the office is open to chase these things and arrive to a closed office.Never would recommend in a million years

Most pathetic courier - does not deserve the NZ TITLE. Disgrace to NZ! So sick and tired of always paying extra for overnight and Saturday delivery and always getting parcels two days late. This is an ongoing issue that everyone is experiencing / if these clowns cant handle overnight / Sat DONT SELL THE SERVICE! Even same island takes them longer than overnight. Awful communication, horrible management - NZ Post needs a network makeover - not spending money on web designers / rebranding BS. One parcel from Dunedin to Auckland took 32 days!!!! I would walk there faster. I seriously think we should all start a class action lawsuit to claim our money back, where we didnt receive on time / overnight / Saturday delivery - as NO PARCEL THIS YEAR HAS BEEN ONTIME. Malicious thieves.

Worse courier/postal service ever. My parcel has been laying at there depot for weeks and still no delivery.
