        Always poor service...very very slow processing nzpost ticket orders,can take up to a week!,talked to 2 post shops today and they say the same thing.....what a joke of a company!

        Delivered a 'OVERNIGHT + Signature required' item to a WRONG ADDRESS. It specifically had our name on it as well. Our item was $1000+, it was fortunate that the people that received it were honest had returned it. Company made no apologies, and no amends made. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE
