        Absolutely amazing after sales service. We had a TV that was a few years old that wouldn't turn on and Panasonic, in conjunction with an external repair company, delivered on some amazing customer service. Will *never* buy any other TV apart from Panasonic again in the future!!

        We bought a NR-CY55CPSAU fridge through a 2degrees deal, and it is the worst kitchen appliance I've ever come across. Broken down after barely two years. Now that we are trying to get it fixed through warranty, their customer service rep was rude and dismissive. Panasonic do great TVs, but their fridges are lemons.

        We bought a french door fridge freezer in Oct 2021 (17 months ago). It has suddenly stopped cooling the fridge compartment. The customer service person (Tracey) was rude and dismissive when I got annoyed that they take no responsibility at how unreliable this brand new fridge is. Suggesting that I should have a spare fridge for this sort of situation. Axial, the service centre they recommended are amazing though, they hustled to get someone to me after hours even though they are fully booked, they got it working until they can figure out the real issue.
