They are a dishonest online shop! I got a very bad experience of buying a product from them. I bought a night cream in their website and the expired date of the product was clearly showed Dec 2024, which was two and half years away from my purchased date so we decide to purchase the product online and included delivery service to our home address. But, the expired date of actual product we received was in Feb 2023. It was totally not what we expect when we do the purchase from this online shop. We tried to communicate with them to ask them to exchange back the correct product for us, but they are not willing to do any arrangement. It is not reasonable that it is obvious their fault to ship a wrong product to me. They are not willing to arrange to get back the wrong product and exchange the correct one to me, and ask me to come to their shop to do the exchange. Further, when I requested to credit back to me as I want to return this wrong product to them and they just refuse to arrange again. Their product description totally misled us to buy their product and they are not willing to do any arrangement to make up their fault. It does not make any sense to me. Most of the online shop in New Zealand are very reasonable and fair. It is our first time to come across a dishonest shop like this one. I hope that I can help the next potential victim to avoid the bad shopping experience with them, so I wrote this detailed paragraph to share our experience.

#NOT RECOMMENDED #POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I was an frequent customer of this online shop for more than 2 years until few weeks ago when they showed such poor customer service and poor professionalism. One of the items in my order had the expiry date 6-7 months earlier than the expiry date shown in their website. I bought this for a pregnant friend. As that was a big bottle of capsules, she would not be able to use it up before the expiry date. Therefore, I asked them for a new item. I appreciated that they sent me a new one right away. They said they would book a courier to come to pick up the one I got. In the first 2 days, my flatmate and I had to stay home as much as possible to wait for the courier but he/she didn't show up when we were home. Then I had to leave it near the mailbox, so he/she could pick it up anytime as - apparently, no one would have time to stay home all day long to wait for the courier. Few days later, when I got home I didn't see it near the mailbox anymore, so I assumed it had been collected. Then later, the owner of the shop contacted me to ask me to compensate for the loss of the item as they said they didn't get it. I refused to compensate as I said to them, it was not my fault nor my responsibility for the loss of it. If they had sent me the right item, I wouldn't have asked for the replacement. It was their fault, they were misleading about their products. After my explanation, they stopped contacting me. A week or so later, I ordered some more stuff again. After that, the shop contacted me saying several items in my order no longer available anymore, while in their website they were marked as available (misleading again #). I was cool with that and was offered a refund. When I got the refund, I noticed I didn't get the full refund. I then contacted them again for an explanation. They said they deducted $40ish from my refund as the compensation for the lost item before. I strongly disagreed and contacted them SEVERAL TIMES again to ask for the rest of my refund, but they just ignored it. No response. That's such a disgrace and poor customer service. It's just rude and unprofessional. I regretted being a customer with them. I gave up contacting them for a refund. It's was not worth my time. The way they handled the situation just showed that they valued $40 more than their valued customer. In my previous orders, I noticed they had sent me expiring-soon items several times. I didn't mind it in those cases as I would use it up by the expiry date. But this time it was such the last straw. Not to mention the poor delivery, it usually took 6-7 working days to get my parcel delivered from Auckland to Christchuch. Though many items are sold a bit cheaper than the market price, after all, I've decided I will never purchase for this shop again. Please check the expiry date when you buy from them online.
