        Fantastic - the equipment is top notch and the trainers are so empathetic and invested in each persons wellbeing. No judgement there - just a warm welcoming environment. I've already lost a kilo per week. I'm getting much stronger and starting to feel much more energetic and I couldn't be happier!

        I joined F45 Botany downs when they opened in October 2020. Best decision ever. The short 45min classes means it's easy to get in a great workout without spending hours at the gym. The app makes it easy to book classes and track your progress. The trainers are awesome and help push you to do your best. The people are friendly and we always have a good time. I have definitely seen results and will be sticking around.

        Been a member since it opened. The trainers constantly push you to the next level but are also super supportive. Its been the best choice I've made for myself ever. Have lost a little weight and muscled up alot more than I was so super stoked with how I'm feeling :) best decision I've made for ME . I also love how spacious it is compared to other gyms. Love it.
