Linda helped my partner & I purchase our first home. Being so young we had no idea what we were doing at all, but thankfully we had Linda to help us every step of the way. She is patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience under her belt. This is very obvious when she explains the process as it doesnt seem so confusing coming from her. She was very accommodating to our lifestyle having a 7 month old & late working hours, she would always make time after hours to meet with us virtually, even with our son causing chaos in the background. Linda is located in Auckland & we are in Wellington. This was never a concern for us because she would be in contact with us nearly every single during this process, making sure we were okay. Linda has stuck with us through 3 long years of waiting for title on our property. She has seen us through multiple renegotiations of our lending, and has always kept us well informed and assured that we would get the best deal possible. Doing this without her would have been impossible, as there have been so many changes to lending rules, test rates etc. Linda and her team made it not only possible, but pretty close to stress free.
