Would have given less than Zero if there was an option. Such a day spoilers. Booked massage for my husband for his birthday and I also got auto message to remind the booking I have done for today. Surprisingly, when we reached there, the Salon was closed with a letter on door saying it's closed because of short staff. Arrrrr... Seriously guys? You would have advised us if you decided to close the business today and not even bothered to update your clients. Never trust these guys. You should name your parlour as Day Spoilers.. Such a waste of time, Diesel and energy.

I was given a voucher 1 year ago for Christmas for $40, their vouchers are valid for only 6 month and with everything happening with Covid etc I forgot about it. The voucher is paid for and I wanted to book an appointment twice the price and top it up but they wont extend the voucher. I think this is terrible service as they just keep the $40 for a piece of paper.

This salon was amazing the setting tranquil and relaxing my massage rubbed all my stress to oblivion and I wont hesitate to go back to beauty mark again the staff very friendly and know what they are doing the price is so inexpensive Im truly satisfied with their service
