First wanted to thank Sue for having amazing communication and great customer service. I did an online order and she was very quick to respond to me and help me with my order. She was so lovely to talk to, very welcoming and bubbly personality! And delivery was super quick! I ordered a bunch of ultraceutical products. Ive been using the Balancing Gel Cleanser and moisturiser cream for over a year now (never disappoints and by far my favourite basics in my skincare routine) and was my first time ordering the Purifying face mask. I have to say the Purifying face mask left me speechless after just one use I saw such amazing results. My skin was so smooth, plump and glowing. My acne scars were faded and pores were less visible, (Ill repeat again after ONE USE). Waking up the next morning(I did the mask before bed the night before) my skin looked so alive. Plus they have some great deals on their website which was the cherry on top :) overall, I am beyond happy with the service and purchase. Thank you :)

I was running low on my Ultraceuticals stock, look online and contacted Sue from Renew skin and body. After a brief chat and exchanging details I got a notification saying my parcel was on it's way! It arrived the very next morning well presented and wrapped along with a thank you note about upcoming promo's and discounts ! What excellent service Sue - well done and thank you again.
