        Seriously unimpressed with impac I booked an iso450001 course with impac, nowhere in the Pre course information did it mention needing to take an exam when I questioned this later i received a rather unsympathetic ear. This feels dishonest because if you fail the exam they happily charge you another fee to resit the exam.

        I recommended Impac to a friend's business earlier this year as they needed to improve their H&S systems. My mate is very happy with the professionalism and experience Impac have provided to the business, he uses them for all their training requirements and is also looking at their reporting tool as well.
