        Paid these people $390 to book us a tow truck home when we broke down in the middle of nowhere. Apparently the person who took our money forgot to book the truck and then went home, and we were left on the side of the road for a full two hours after we paid them with no further communication. When I rung back and found out what had happened, I asked for a refund and was told the manager would have to decide if we could have one, but that the the truck was definitely being sent in the meantime (2 hours after it was originally supposed to be sent). Another hour passed before the manager rang back and apologised, said we could have a refund, and no the truck had never been sent the second time either! Because of their ineptitude we ended up being left on the side of the road in the dark for four hours until we managed to get a friend to pick us up, abandoning the car for the night and hoping for the best. They were apologetic and refunded our money a few days later, but I would recommend staying well away. Not the experts they claim they are.
