F45 Training Ellerslie

Very encouraging and motivating trainers! I returned to exercise after having a baby and was not fit at all, the crew at Ellerslie really helped me to rebuild my confidence and fitness. And I can take my baby with me to the sessions as well, very convenient to mothers!

I was always a little intimidated by F45 but I needed a serious change so thought I would pop along to see what it is about. It is the best thing Ive ever done. All you have to do is show up. All the exercises are planned for you, you do the routine as a group and are always walked thru it before starting. The staff are incredible, so encouraging, check you are doing everything correctly and you get out of it what you put in. Im addicted now, now going back to lazy. P.S.Im 49. If I can do it, so can you!
