        I booked my first session with PT Sandy Younes recently and had a great experience. From when I signed up right throughout the session she was friendly, attentive and was quick with communication. She had the plans all prepared when I arrived and walked me through each step at my own pace. She constantly checked I was feeling ok and ensured I was feeling the exercises in the right places. I would highly recommend! It is very comforting to know she is around the gym and offered to help when needed.

        The most appalling and substandard customer experience Ive ever experienced since moving to NZ. The lady was uninterested and barely made any effort. Absolutely poor first impressions, didnt even get offered a tour of the equipment or facilities but they didnt look anything special.
