Worst fuel company. They have refused to send my invoice. I have called today (because we all know they give overdraft fees) and they now send me my invoice with $200 overdraft fee. For 1 day overdue not having a clue what was owing. Cardlink I would like this cleared asap. And my account canceled which you are also refusing to do.

WARNING. RUN. CANCEL ACCOUNT NOW! They make their money on late fees. $60 PLUS 10% of balance!!! If you owe 10k. Thats a $1,060 FEE!!! Just got slapped with nearly $400 in fees for being ONE day late.

This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. Trucks stuck all over the country unable to by fuel. Dont bother calling customer service they are rude completely unhelpful, when you bring up an issue they put you on hold on eventually hang up on you passing you onto the next rep when you call back. You can not speak to managers they refuse to answer calls. 0/5 cards malfunction was set you deisel yet petrol still able to be pumped. Did you know you can skip the PIN code all together if you press enter on the EFTPOS machine? Hopeless

Absolutely shockingly terrible company. I spent about $100 on fuel and the interest had me owing over $200. I dealt with this and paid all the interest and stupid extra expenses they add on, eventually I got an email stating I had overdue charges of $200 so I checked my transaction history and there was nothing! When I contacted Cardlink to ask where this fee had come from I got a response about 3 weeks later saying they dont know but I have to pay it! I didnt end up paying it because they couldnt pin point where this money was owing from. Since I didnt pay it they started saying debt collectors have been notified with extra $300 fee etc. Ive been paying off fines I didnt even do anything to have for the last 5 weeks. Absolutely disgusted by this company. Dont ever sign up.
