I had the yumi lash treatment and Ashleigh is just the best. My lashes are normally difficult to curl perm and I usually dont get a good result, but this time my lashes were noticeably curled & defined and it has lasted for a really long time (had the treatment end of February and its still noticeable now in April). Ashleigh was so friendly and gentle during the procedure as well. If I was living in Auckland Id definitely make this my go-to salon. I can highly recommend them!

I did not feel welcome every time I walked in. I was there twice and I was trying to get information on a specific procedure. I wasted my time coming in a second time to be told by the same person that the individual doing the procedure had left for the day. I suspect that it would have been useful to know that when we spoke the last time. Everytime i came through the door all I heard it was this particular lady calling out from one of the rooms that they were fully booked without even checking what i wanted first. I wouldn't know about how they deliver on the job however I can confirm that they have no clue how to treat a customer. I would be really worried if I was the owner.
