Arrived in Auckland after two long flights with my lower back in knots. Jay squeezed me into her schedule the day after I arrived, and I received a second treatment again the next day with stunning results. Highly recommended!

I have had fibromyalgia for a few years. Insomnia and aches throughout the body are part of this condition, along with extreme tiredness and lack of energy. Western medicine has offered me little help, and drugs always have side effects. A few months ago, my daughters gave me some acupuncture sessions with Jay and I was surprised by the result. Since then, my insomnia and pain have significantly improved, and I feel energised. I can work all day without feeling that paralysing tiredness. Not to mention that Jay is very attentive, listens with respect and empathy and demonstrates a deep knowledge. Jay, I have no words to thank you for your care, professionalism and competence!
