General Pants Co.

me and my sister went in intending to spend quite a bit of money here, but we didnt end up doing so because the customer service here was terrible. dont know why after a whole hour or so of us looking around only 1 person came to help us (huge shout out to the guy with the braids and gold chain). we ended up just leaving because most of the time we were just being looked at as if we stole something. thanks newmarket for making us mngere stayers feel so so welcome!!!!

Customer service is pretty sub par.. I go every now and again. They don't really even greet you here and sometimes they're just hovering around each other chatting or trying the clothes on

Checked online to see if any of their stores had disposable film cameras available which their website said they had plenty in stock for the Newmarket and commercial bay shops. Tried ringing the Newmarket and commercial bay stores multiple times on different days to confirm this to save myself driving in if they didnt have it. Ended up having to drive to the store only to find out they are out of stock, despite what the website says. Complete waste of time.

Humayra helped me out today to try and find a smaller pair of pants. Unfortunately they did not have any smaller but she was so helpful throughout!

terrible customer service! came in and my card wasnt working so i left and did a click and collect so i could pay online. when i came back a different girl served me and was unbelievably rude and condescending for no reason! the first girl i had with glasses was lovely but the second was terrible. please brief your staff on how to treat people with kindness and not make them feel terrible for shopping at your store.
