I love this store and have had good service in store in the past. However, like a few other people in the reviews, I placed an order for a few things online. After a week of ordering those things Im confused as to why I still havent received the email containing the tracking information for my order. But then I get an email refunding my order because they sold out and to top it off they give a little 10% discount that doesnt even work but thats fine. Because 1, the stuff I wanted is sold out and 2, you can get a 10% discount for signing up to their email subscription . But anyway just super disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my order.

If you actually want what you purchased then dont waste your time with this store. Not one, not two, but THREE of my online orders have been cancelled and refunded because they didnt have the stock they advertised on their website. Whats more, is that with every failed order, they give you a 10% discount code for your next order, except the codes dont actually work. Reached out to customer support about the failed orders and the invalid codes they issued and they just apologised for not having stock. Completely useless all around. If I could give zero stars I would.

Went into style runner yesterday and was so delighted by the service and experience!! A girl called Lauren was serving me and she was incredibly helpful!!
