I started in 2019 with Avanti nd was paying 100 a week then COVID hit nd I lost my job of 8 years so I started paying 50 a week and keep getting all kinds of fees it's now 2023 nd I my total from my loan is saying practically that I payed 200$ from years of paying 50$ a week feels like I take 1 step forward nd 2 steps back it just feels like the totals going up and up to we're it's almost as if I payed nothing loads of unnecessary stress

Worst customer service and support ,not opened to any suggestions or requests on a query, selfish and arrogant totally not supportive ,not recommending to anyone ,better finance companies out there then Avanti,totally not helpful.

This company dont deserve a star as I offered money to them to sort a missed payment and it wasn't enough but they don't understand that everything is so expensive now and want me not to be able to live I think this is disgusting customer service and will be telling people not to use this company as I won't be anymore after I have finished my loan and then also threatened me with more penalties and this Is xmas

I found Avanti Finance to be very efficient and reasonable to deal with. The staff were always nice and helpful and the processing of my loan when I applied was stress free. All subsequent dealings with them were excellent, I would definitely use them again.
