Got dropped off the call twice this morning so my issue still isn't resolved...

why is it so difficult to cancel the account once you have paid the amount you borowwed. I am trying to close this account for past one month with no luck. did phone call and talked with manager, multiple email no luck. people please be careful when borrowing from them. If this account is not cancelled than its difficult to get loan or affect the loan amount

I just waited 1 hour and 47 minutes! The worst wait time in history. All I wanted was a new card to replace the one that is expiring. Then to make matters worse, I get told that they have to cancel my current working card to send me another card and to top it off,it can take up to 2 weeks! Really unhappy customer!

Do not touch this organisation! I have been trying to close an account for months. They refuse to close it and keep sending me monthly fee accounts. Their 1.3 star rating should say it all. Keep away.

Are you actually kidding me???? 41 - 61 minutes?? Who has that amount of time to sit around waiting until someone picks up the phone? This is simply atrocious and reflects an operation built on profit before service. You provide no other method of inquiry and appear to have no respect for customers. I think it's well past time I left.
