Vivo Hair Salon Royal Oak

Firstly I was informed that I was booked on for Wednesday 4 pm. I got a call from them saying that there is a misunderstanding and the lady meant to book me for Thursday 4pm instead of Wednesday. I was on my way and had reached to Salon before 4. However the lady accepted and apologised for her mistake, and continued with my hair treatment. The salon closes at 5 but they extended the time and finished my hair treatment. I was overall happy with their service Services: Hair coloring, Keratin treatments

Dipika was a very good stylist she made me achieve the look I wanted with blond highlights i definitely recommend her. Lovely experience.

Very first time coming here because my fianc bought me a voucher for Valentines Day to get my hair done. My hair was bleached blonde and half of my head was yellow from box dyed hair. Wanted to go something a lot darker which meant no more blonde Ive shown the photo for reference to one of the team members. The way she explained wasnt clear enough and left me confused but I thought well , shes the artist. She knows whats shes doing. Also how she was working through the whole precess was just so awkward. She left me alone every now and then without telling me where shes going and when she will be back. I came home with my ( blonde)hair that doesnt look much different ( I mean with being blonde again) and also compare to the photo reference I showed her before she started touching my hair. Its a complete opposite. Dont get me wrong. Its nice touched up blond but the point is I didnt ask to be anymore blonde. I wanted the full head dark brown. But came home with my roots still black. She said no point of bleaching the roots because its gunna be dark and light As light she said I thought it was gunna be light brown or something very subtle. Now I have been looking at myself in the mirror thought that I would get used to it but no. Roots are black, middle yellow ish and then blonde. Which very similar to what I had just the blonde I had was way lighter Im so unsatisfied

Go see Dipika She is fantastic and saved my hair which was super dry and damaged. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Her colour correction was totally amazing and I had a great time too. Thank you
