        I have ordered 6th June 2022. and the staff mentioned it will take 1-2 months, But I have not received it yet. (Waiting for 4 months now.) No follow up from the shop and I have contacted them more than 4times from August. But exactly the same update " it will come in 2 weeks". Totally lose trust and Bad service ever. I believe I am not the only one.

        Sent an oversized alexa for repairing coz the leather was cracked. The store took ages to book in my case and lost my bag during delivery. They wouldnt agree to replace the same one for me ,only offered store credit to let me repurchase the bag, but the price was insanely increased in a way of forcing me to pay extra bcoz of their fault. Poor quality bag. Awful customer service experience. Will never come back again.
