I have attended Cairnhill Physiotherapy a few times over recent years. First of all they are the nicest people! It makes you confident that they will help you achieve the outcomes you are aiming for. They listen well and understand your problems and work thoroughly with you to fix and strengthen your injury. I've seen Ewa most recently and think she is amazing.

I cant say enough good things about Ewa Bednarczyk who helped me go through my ACL rehab from day one. I tore my ACL and meniscus in July 2021 and shortly after underwent a meniscus and ACL recosnutrction surgery. It was both a physical and emotional rollercoaster but Ewa always made me feel confident, and I knew that I was in good hands. She told me I would have months of rehab and small gains and setbacks along the way and as challenging as that was, I never felt like I was alone. Ewa is a very knowledgable physiotherapist, super professional, enthusiastic and patient. If you look for a skilled physio with heart, Ewa Bednarczyk is the right person for you.

Had Ewa rehab me through a couple of rugby injuries this year and she was really good with it. Rehab went really well thanks to her and the ongoing work kept things from re-injuring and meant I could get through the season with no real issues. Have had Harley and his team for a while now and theyve always been really good.

I highly recommend Ewa. She is a fantastic physio and I received excellent care following a skiing accident. Ewa has the rare ability to explain and communicate her diagnoses in plain language so I understood her treatment plan and I felt fully informed throughout. Thanks Ewa!

I have been a customer of Harley and his team for a long time, relying on their expertise for help with all sorts of ailments, from shoulders to feet, neck and collarbone; also bringing my family too, any time that an expert physiotherapist is required to support the recovery from injuries or bad posture. The most welcome recent addition to the team is Nicole, a talented masseur, with a variety of techniques, as well as a deep understanding of the human body. Her intuitive talent for what works makes every session valuable and I highly recommend her remedial work.
