So grateful to Jennifer and Woosung who were extremely thorough during my eye examination and super friendly :) I felt completely comfortable and cared for. Because of them, I was able to reach an important diagnosis. Will definitely come back in future !

The best eye test experience ever. The staffs are great. My optomestrist Jennifer was so professional and patient, and took time to answer all of my questions about my eyes. I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Newmarket OPSM to others.

Crystal was amazing very patient and helpful and arranged everything for me. She made my whole experience wonderful. In addition to that Angela the optometrist was fabulous as always. She is very easy to talk to. Listens and is very diligent and thorough. Highly recommend Westfield Newmarket Branch.

Angela Luey is the best optometrist by far! She is amazing in the sense that I can tell she cares about her job and her clients. Shes fussier than me and would go out of her way to get me the best fit and best contact lenses for my eye need since I get dry eye. When I arrived home I told my partner to book her! Also, have to say Dorothy one of the customer sales also looked after me so well while I was browsing (for ages!) for the right eyeglasses to purchase. She was on her own today and though she was busy serving everyone in the shop all on her own I didnt feel like she wanted to rush everyone out of the shop. She listened and helped all of us patiently. Kudos to OPSM Newmarket you ladies rocked! Well done !
