This lady knows her stuff. It means I'm protected from injuring myself, while being challenged enough to be making progress in flexibility and strength. I come away from each session thinking that was beneficial as well as enjoyable. Recommended.

Amber is the perfect blend of patient and assertive to get me to do certain exercises while also trusting that I won't hurt myself. I enjoy the fact I am now (mildly) jacked, but what is better is the on-going relationship where she knows my limits and encourages me to push them in a way I feel safe.

I love training with Amber! I came across Ambers strength classes through a friend and now Im hooked. Ambers practical, friendly approach makes trying new things fun and accessible. Her small classes mean everyone gets lots of attention and she knows exactly where youre at throughout the class.
