        I started seeing James in Jan this year as prehab for an ACL op and then continued with him during the rehab process. It's been a challenging journey but with James' support I've made significant gains in both my strength and confidence. Highly recommend. Thanks mate! :)

        I went to James with a knee issue and after a couple of weeks I made more progress than with physios or consultants. He focuses very well on the problem areas and builds around them. I highly recommend James and The active Lifestyle as he will get you to where you need to go. I'm walking better, my posture and lower back strength is 10 times better. My goal of getting back to some tramping is closer every week. Thanks James
