Valeria at Firsthand Property Management has been managing our rental flat for 3 years now and she has been amazing. Very professional, always quick to respond to emails etc and full of useful advice and guidance. Their in-house handyman means repairs always get carried out promptly and he always does a really good job - even when the upstairs bathroom began to leak through the ceiling! Peace of mind our tenants and flat are always being well looked after while we are far away.

We chose Valeria (and Valeria chose us) through a recommendation. We love the personal touch the company has, unlike the other bigger property managers that are out there. A well presented property that you have spent time and money on needs to go to a company that will respect and treat your investment like their own and will find tenants accordingly and Valeria came through with 5 stars. We chose Valeria and First Hand Property Management based on a recommendation. We were looking for a property manager that would look after us and our tenants - we felt that this wouldn't be the case with the larger property management companies. We are so, so glad we chose Valeria - this is our first rental property and she has been simply amazing at guiding us through the whole process. Prompt, thorough, friendly, professional, personal - I dealt with Valeria and she was genuine in wanting to get the best return for my asset.
