        Nerissa our property manager and her colleague Jessie have been so easy to deal with and have looked after us so well. Very professional and so kind. All maintenance was dealt with in a timely manner. We are so sad to be leaving Nerissa and will miss her so much. If you are fortunate enough to have Nerissa as your property manager you will be in great hands and well taken care of. All the best Nerissa and thank you for everything.

        We have had a different experience than some of the reviews. So far it is the best experience with property management w have had so far. Always listen to our requests and try help where possible. Transparent about things and request responsibility from the right party whether it be guarantees from installers, landlord or ourselves, which we are avoiding due to maintaining the place we stay at well. Good job team! (Currently dealing with Denny Zhao)
