Cin7

Worst support. Worst Customer service. sometimes takes 3 weeks to get a response even when you call and email every day. This is not a short term problem....its been horrific for 18 months already. Management could not care less. Will be quitting this expensive system asap - all because of their horrible support.

CIN7 have absolutely no customer service no matter what level you pay for. Further, you must pay other companies to answer your query or help solve problems, no guarantee of solutions. The platform us riddled with bugs. Their B2B platform is still not ready. No integrated shipping, no direct paypal platform, many errors in their stock control, no bulk updating BOM cost of goods, the list is endless and growing.

It was absolutely terrible to use. Customer cannot get support on right time when having any issue. No chat/ no Customer Service/ no on time IT support. Very frustrated. I am watching circling to connect "Chat" for hours and hours. If anyone asks me about Cin7, I will confidently never recommend.

Absolute horrible system. Zero customer support and the system is full of bugs. My SOH levels have been incorrect since November 2021 yet Cin7 cant fix the problem. They used to have phone support but removed that. Email support tickets are never responded to. Live chat is either not available or the person talking says they cannot help and someone will get back to you which never happens. I wish I could give it zero stars. Avoid Cin7 at all costs.

We had a few different people onboarding us which wasn't ideal but once we were handed on to William Kurniadi things ran smoothly - amazing support from him and I would give him 5 stars.
