        Our hot water cylinder pipe was leaking/dripping and the latest a bigger than usual water bill gave us the push to get help from a hot water specialist urgently. We sent out several enquiries and since it is a Friday, we didn't think it will get sorted until next week. Rob surprised us! Not only he is the first one to respond, he assessed the issue through a photo, provided clear (and resonable) itemised cost and fix it the same day, to be more accurate in less than 3 hours from the time the enquiry was sent! He also went above and beyond to free the stuck main water tap. We are very grateful for his amazing skill and service. Highly recommended! Service: Water heater repair
