        Hi I recently (8 Feb 23) had a RMC Temperature Valve replaced on the water cylinder at my home in Clevedon . I was very happy with the service and the work of Mitch. However to charge $250.00 (plus GST) for the first hour is outrageous! - especially where vulnerable people have little option that to have a repair! IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY CALLOUT! I was never advised of this exorbitant fee (I WAS advised of the price of the part!) and this sort of charging leaves a sour taste from a company who installed the cylinder in the first place and who were recommended by a close friend! I will certainly advise those who use this company to check carefully what are the charges before engaging your services Service: Water tank repair
