I dont like estate agents. I dont trust them and think of them as selfish and self-serving. I do like Chris Harvey. Work with him and let him change your mind about estate agents. I cannot put into words or properly describe how grateful our family is for his kindness, professionalism, dedication, but mostly the kindness and understanding. His kindness extended to the whole family, my parents included. He came to auctions and held our hands. Explained everything in laymans terms so that I could understand. Was able to text when I couldnt call, rang when I needed him to, reassured and comforted. I will never go with any other agent ever again and would not hesitate to recommend him. My childs schools motto is: not self, but service and I think Chris exemplifies this completely. Even when there was nothing in it for him, he came with the family to viewing after viewing - when I messed up the paperwork, when I loved a house and then changed my mind overnight. No impatience or frustration, just understanding. Thank you for everything, it was our lucky day when we found you.
