        Horrid service. Understaffed. Endless queues. Almost no sits. Nobody at the information desk. User experience is of no concern for ASB.

        Very long queue.. I have people Infront and back of me queueing with me to just make an appointment to be serviced in a later date. I am here for over 40min and still queueing. Don't come around lunch time or come with lunch otherwise you won't do anything thing during 1hr break. The staffs come and talk to you but really do no help at all.
